The foundation sheet includes the foundation plan per your order. If additional foundations are ordered, they will be placed in the set as an extra sheet. This sheet also includes general notes and information relating to the foundation of the home.

This sheet includes the first floor plan with all applicable dimensions, notes, and other information needed to construct the home. This sheet will also include available floor plan options such as upgraded owner baths, etc.

This sheet shows a section "cut through" of the main structure of the home in a "framed" condition. By default all building section will be shown with the slab foundation condition.

This sheet includes a diagram of the roof layout showing roof planes, direction of trusses, roof pitches, and overhang sizes.

ADDING EXTERIOR ELEVATIONS
When you purchase one or more additional front exterior elevation styles you will get an additional full set of plans specific to the elevation(s) you purchased. You will then be able to permit and treat each elevation separately or simply combine all elevations sets together to create one master set for your new plan.

ADDING FOUNDATION TYPES
When you purchase an additional foundation type such as a crawl space, you will get the additional foundation sheet and the corresponding detail sheet. Those additional sheets will be inserted into the full set near the front where the other foundation sheets are located. The exterior elevations are always drawn to represent a slab foundation.
