With our production building background, at Builders PlanSource we have developed our plans with efficiency and flexibility to better serve the production home builder. We have considered plan widths, lumber spans, and other value engineering concepts to help our builders lower their construction costs. We have also developed our plans with consistent specifications. The same specs in terms of construction methods, roof pitches, window sizes, etc. have been used throughout our plans so that the builder can buy multiple plans and feel confident that each plan will build consistent with others. This will allow for better material usage and purchasing power for the builder.

We realize that other home plan sites only offer a project specific floor plan design with only one exterior elevation. Each floor plan design has multiple exterior elevations for you to choose from to fit your community or building niche. You may choose one elevation to fit your style or several elevations to help create a product line with choices for your customers. Each floor plan offers various options as well to help fit price points and offer a flexible marketing approach.
OPTION FOR MULTIPLE BUILDS!
We understand that production home building means building the same plan many times. Therefore, when you choose this option with your plan purchase, you are authorized to build the plan as often as needed.
PDF Delivery
PDF files are an electronic version of a plan that can be easily printed an any office supply store. The plans are emailed, thus eliminating shipping costs and allowing the customer to receive the plans more quickly.
